Just be conscious, aware and alert of your inner world, the outer world will be PERFECT.

Dost man(mind) bahut hi bada dushman aur man bahut hi bada dost hota hai. Isliye kha gaya na man me chor hai. Yani ki upper se toh aap bahut aacha behave kar rahe hote hai aur ander man main bahut galat galat thinking chal raha hota hai. Aur aisa tab hota hai jab aap  man ko jitne ka purushart karte hai. Toh yeh sab chize jyada hona chalu ho jati hai. Isko kaise jeete tab?

Dosto abhi issi topic ka mera bhi purusharth chal raha hai. Mind par hi main abhi jyada manan chintan kar raha hu. Main Brahma kumaris main daily spiritual study karta hu aur usme bhagwan kahte hai ki man ko baccha bana lo aur ussme jo purane sanskar(habit) hai usse mitane ke liye usse wyarth se samarth ki aur le jao. Uske kewal sudh sankalp karo aur manmanabhaw. Matlab man hi man bhagwan ki yaad main raho. Toh sare kharab sanskar ke chain tut jayege aur sudh sankalp aur aache devi guno ke sanskar ke chain banne lagege. Aisa hoga toh samjhe ki kaam ho gaya aur hamare purane sanskar dab jayege.

Power of Mind
Toh bhagwan kahte hai ki man(mind) me sudh sankalp lane ke liye hame sabse pehle jitne bhi mind me thoughts chal rahe hai currently, uss par hame attention dena hoga. Let's take 1 minute silence and give 100% attention on mind. What is thinking?

You see the miracle, jab ham attention dete hai toh, mind ke thought 0 ho jate hain. Yeh practice hai mind ke thoughts ko kam karne ki. Mind ke thoughts kam karna hai tabhi ham usme positive sankalp kar sakte hain. Kab mind ke thoughts kam ho jate hai tab aap man me positive sankalp karna chalu kare jo aap chahte hai.

Jaise aap agar bahut gussa karte hai ya koi addiction karte hai. Toh ham isse chhodna chahte hai toh yeh practice mind ke thought se shuru honge. Jab mind me thought kam ho jaye toh positive affirmation le. Like following:

Main ek sresth aatma hu
main shant swarup aatma hu, shanti mera real nature hai. Mere aaspas jitne log hai sab mere sahyogi hai. sab se main bahut ruhani sneh karta hu.
Main pavitra aatma hu
Main aatma raja hu aur yeh man mera mantri hain. 
Aaj main sabhi se mafi mangta hu, aur sabko maaf bhi kar deta hun.
Aaj main sabko thank you bolta hu unke sahyog ke liye.
Mujh aatma ka pura control hai mere man(mind) par. Main aatma jo kahta hu mera man wahi karta hai. Mera man ek superb instrument hai. Mera Man mera dost hai.
Main aaj se koi addiction nahi karuga. Aur aisa mujhe karna hi hain. Meri aatma kahti hai ki main koi addiction na karu. Aur apna man hamesha ek parmatma ki yaad main rakhu.

Aise aisa positive affirmation aapko karne hai jab man(mind) me thoughts kam ho jaye. Pehle toh mind ko attention dena hai ki wo kya soch raha hai. Yeh practice aap 1-3 minute kar sakte hain.

Aisa aisa positive affirmation karne se, hamara man ekdum shanti hoga aur ham shanti ki anubhuti kar sakege. Shanti hamare mind ke thoughts par depend karti hain. Man shant toh main aatma shant, mera pura pariwar shanti, mera pura samaj shant, mera pura rajya shant, mera pura desh shant, aur mera pura sansar shant.

Aise karke ham apne aaspas ke vibration ko turant change kar sakte hain. Yeh practice main daily karta hu brahma kumaris ke class me. Yeh practice main wahi sikhta hu aur regular practice karta hu. Aap bhi aapne najdiki brahma kumaris ke centre par ja sakte hai. Aur aapke aas pas koi addiction karta hai, nakhush hai, ashant hai, depressed hai toh unko lekar bhi aap waha ja sakte hai. Waha hame jo Rajyoga meditation sikhate hai usse hamare life me bahut parivartan aati hai aur ham jo shanti chah rahe the wo hame mil jata hai. Brahma kumaris me swayang bhagwan aakar ham baccho ko yeh practice sikha rahe hai ki apne ko aatma samjh mujh parampita(god, allah, bhagwan) ko yaad karo toh tumare janam janam ke pap bhasm ho jayege aur hame bhagwan swarg main entry dila denge. Swarg sabke bas ki baat nahi hai. Jo yeh purusharth karte hai 'Manmanabhaw' ussi ko waha entry milti hai. Yeh pura gyan aap Brahma kumaris ke centre par le sakte hai. 

Yaha bahut sare logo ne addiction chhoda hai, addiction chahe kisi bhi chiz ka ho, sharab pina, online game addiction, online social media addiction, tea-coffee addiction etc. Sabhi tarah se addiction se chhutkara ho jata hai Rajyoga meditation ke abhyas se.
