Dosto, Jab se maine Brahma kumaris join kiya, mujhe Brahmcharya ka mahatwa samjh aa raha hai.

Shiv Baba Kahte hai, Kam Ko Jito, Kam ko Jitne se Tum Jagatjit ban jayege.

Celibacy - Brahmacharya - matlab jiska aacharan Brahm jaisa ho. Aur Jiska Man Brahm Me hamesha leen ho. Usse Brahmacharya kahte hai. Jab hamara man hamesha bhagwan me hota hai toh apne aap hi hamari aatma paawan(pure) banti jati hain. Brahm means divine aur charya means acharan. Hamlog iska ulta arth laga lete hain aur sochte hai ki Brahmacharya thik nahi hota hain. Lekin yeh puri tarah galat information hain. 

Brahmcharya means you feel joyful internally. You never ask joy or happiness from others. You are happy by internally. You should give happiness to others not asking them for it. So, everybody should be Brahmacharya in this universe. We have to spread awareness about Brahmacharya among youths and all.

Shiv Baba Kehte hai, Bacche Kam ko Jito Toh Jagatjeet ban jayege. Kaam, Krodh, Lobh, Moh, Ahankar, Ishaya, Dwesh, Baimani, Bhrashtrachar etc. yeh hamari aatma me vikar aa jate hai jab aatma patit banti hain.

ब्रह्मचर्य मतलब संतुलित जीवन

Baba kahte hain, Inme Kaam sabse bada shatru haai ham aatmao ka. Baki Sab inke bache hain. Jab Ham Brahmacharya(Celibacy) ka palan karte hai toh hamari aatma paawan(pure) banti jati hain aur hamari life me, purity, knowledge, sukh, shanti, prem, anand aur shakti aa jati hain. Jaisi life devi, devtao ki hoti hain. Aur jo ham swarg kehte hain wo dunia aa jati hain. Abhi kalyuga(Narak) hai. Hame Swarg me jana toh hai lekin ham swarg me jane ke liye jo karam hame karna hai wo karna nahi chahte hai. 

Brahmcharya(celibacy) bahut mahatwapurn hai swarg me jane ke liye aur devi devtao wali life pane ke liye. Ham sochte hai ki sab kuch hai hamari life me lekin shanti nahi hain. Ham iss kalyugi dunia me bahut sari bimariyon se pareshan rahte hai lekin yeh nahi sochte kabhi ki akhir yeh bimari hui kyo. 

Yaha Shiv Baba kehte hai Geeta me, hamare sare dukho ka karan hi ek hai wo hai apavitrata(Impurity). Issi ne hame dukh diya hai aur hame rogi banaya hai. Ham kam vikar(bhog-vilas) me lipt rahte hai, iss puri kalyugi dunia me hi sabhi log bhog-vilas me lipt hai. Geeta me kha hai bhagwan ne ki yahi hamare dukho ka karan hai, jo ashanti paida karti hai, aur ham dukhi hote hain. 

Hamare aatma me chupe kam vikar ke sanskar hi hame dukhi karte rahte hain. Ham us sanskar ke addicted ban jate hai aur jo hame dukhi karta hai baad me. Jaise koi sharab pita hai aur phir wo uski aadat ban jati hai aur wo aaatma bina sharab piye nahi rah sakti hai. Usse sharab chahhiye hi chahhiye. 

Lekin wo atal nishchay kar le aur parmatma se shakti le toh usse jarur chood sakta hai. Thik ussi tarah Kam vikar sabse bada addiction hai jisse bahut sari aatma pareshan rahti hai ki isse kaise chode. Bahut Sare sadhu sanyasiyon ne iss par jeet payi hai. Aur Pavitra bane hain. Wo kehte hai Ghar grihast me rahte huye yeh choodna muskil hai lekin Yaha Brahma Kumaris sansthan me bahut sare bhai, bahno ne ghar-grihasth me rahte hue isse choda aur brahmacharya(celibacy) dharan kiya, aur pavitra bane.

Geeta padhte hai, shashtra padhte hai, sabme yahi likha hota hai ki pavitra bane. Lekin log isse dharan nahi karte hai, kyoki wo power nahi hai aatma main. Power hame Rajyog se milta hain. Jab ham Rajyog ka abhyas karte hai tab hamare aatma me chupi asht(8) powers emerge hoti hai aur hame powerful banati hai. Ham aapne sare bure sanskar samapt kar aache sanskar dharan karte hain.

Ham Geeta Padhte hai, sunte hai. Lekin kuch parivartan nahi hota. Geeta ka lakshya hi hai manushya se devi-devta banna. Lekin kya ham bane? Geeta me yeh bhi padha ki hame aatmik drishti rakhni hain. Hame Soul Conscious banna hai. Kya Ham bane? Toh kha missing ho raha, aisa kya ham miss kar rahe hai jo hame devi-devta banne se rok raha hai. Wo Hai Celibacy(Brahmacharya), jo soul-conscious hone ka first step hain. Celibacy(Brahmacharya) ka palan bahut sare sadhu, sanyasi, pandit, acharya karte aaye hai aur apne aap ko un logo ne pavitra banaya hain. 

Aaj bhi kai aise sansthan hai jaise Brahma Kumaris waha log Brahmacharya ka palan karte hain. Yeh koi jaruri nahi hai ki har aatma isse follow hi kare. Jis prakar ek doctor hame dawai ke sath sath kuch prahej batate hain, thik ussi prakar bhagwan shiv baba ne hame bataya hai yeh prahej, taki ham devi-devta ban sake.

Aabhi kalyug me aatmaye apavitra, ashant, dukhi, bhrasth, bhog-vasna me lipt ho gayi hai aur ek dusre ko dukh deti rahti hain. Aur sabse badi baat ki iska hamare environment(prakirtik, nature) par bhi asar hota hai aur yeh bhi polluted hoti hain. Isliye Geeta me bhagwan ne kha ki jab pure dunia patit ban jati hai aur charo taraf dharam ki galani hoti hain tab main aata hu aur aakar ke aatmao ko pawan banata hun. Abhi sabhi aatmaye bimar hai. Sharir bimar hota hai toh loukik doctor ke paas jate hai aur thik ho jate hai. Lekin aatma bimar hai toh kaun se doctor paas jaye. Aatma ka ek hi doctor hai jisse vaidnath kahte hai, jo sabse bada doctor hai ham aatmao ka. Wo iss kalyugi dunia ke aanth me aakar hame padhate hai aur patit se paawan banate hai. Brahmacharya ek prahej hota hai isme tabhi ham aatmaye paawan ban sakte hain. 

Mujh aatma ka yeh anubhaw hai jo main aapse share kar raha hun.  Mujhe bhi nahi pata tha kuch bhi. Jab maine Brahma kumaris me jakar sachi sachi 'Geeta' suni, samjhi aur dharan karna shuru kiya tab mujhe samjh aaya ki hamare dukho ka karan yeh kaam vikar hi hai. Tab se maine Brahmcharya ka palan karna shuru kar diya. 

Dosto yeh jaruri nahi hai ki ham jaise hi brahmacharya ka palan shuru karte hai waise hi hamare sare bure sanskar samapt ho hi jaye. Hame nirantar, bina haar mane rajyog ka abhyas karte rahna hai. Jitna jyada ham iska abhyas karege utna jyada result dikhega aur hamara man bhi shant rahega. Agar brahmcharya bhang hota hai kisi karan vas toh hamara man ander hi ander khata rahega. Jo koi aatma brahmacharya ka palan aur bhagwan ko yaad karne ka man banata hai toh maya bhi piche nahi rahti hai, maya har samay pareshan karne pahuch jati hai aur bhagwan ko yaad ko tikne nahi deti. Toh hame maya se nirantar yudh karna hoga. Maya badi ya bhagwan? Yeh nishchay rakhna hoga. Aap sab pavitra aatma hai, pavitrata aap aatmao ka niji guun hai. Isse jyada se jyada emerge kare aur pavitra ban pavitra dunia(Swarg) ke malik bane.

Jaise Ham Hanuman jee ke bare me jante hai ki wo bal brahmachari hai. Itna takatwar hai ki himalaya ko hath me utha lete hain. But itni takat shadi suda wale me kyo nahi hoti. Kyoki virya jisse brain tak pahuchna tha wo sara barbaad hota rahta hai aur wo din par din kamjor hote jate hai aur jaldi budhe ho jate hain aur jaldi sharir chhod dete hain. Kaha jata hai ki pehle ke jamane me aur satyug me aatmaye kaphi age tak jite hai. Kyoki pehle Log brahmacharya ka palan karte the. Atah aap agar Geeta padhte hai aur usme likhe rahashyon ko samjhte hai toh jarur pavitra banne ki koshish karte honge. Hamesha bhagwan ki yaad me rahe aur apni shaktiyon ko badhate rahe, kamyabi jarur milegi.

Lekin Dosto, Hab Ham Brahmacharya ka niyam palan karna shuru karte hain to kaphi muskile aati hain aur hame negative kar deti hain aur kitne log isse chhod bhi dete hain. Toh maine ek lekh likha hain ki kaise ham sada positive rahe jab brahmacharya ka niyam kare. Yeh Lekhe deke:

Abstinence meaning, you have started taking decision not to have **sex, it is not for long term, temporary decision due to any reason. But Celibacy is the long term decision for having purity. Suppose, Abstinence is the pond and celibacy is the ocean and chastity is the decision from more than abstinence, not temporary, long than abstinence. Chasity means purity.
