What do we need to stay calm after fight?

 I have experienced this and learned a lot from this situation. There are two condition, when you do not aware about this. And another one, you already aware about this but still you can not control yourself. Suppose, in the Cigarette packet, it is written, smoking is injurious to health. We know this, but still we can not control this.

So, First of all, Shiv baba(Nirakar, God) says, become introverted(like tortoise) that is, remain silent. Do not say anything with your mouths. Carry out every task peacefully. Never spread peacelessness. This is the first level of staying calm.

Now, if you are practicing to become introberted(like tortoise), you will do mistake, but you do not have to repeat the mistake. You have to learn from every mistake. This is the second level.

Now, If you are practicing, but you have not become complete like GOD, you had a fight. Now, You should have a knowledge to fight with this situation too. This is spiritual knowledge. Where you have to make yourself calm after fight. Once you had a fight, Shiv baba says, you will not able to remember god because of high number of waste or negative thoughts in your mind. So, You have to control your mind first. There are many techniques like :

You have to write a letter To the god(true heart and say everything)

Accept your mistake, say sorry to that soul.

Create high number of positive thoughts to overpower on negative thoughts(I am a peaceful soul, I am god’s child, god is the ocean of peace etc.)

I practice the Rajyoga meditation daily. Every day, we face many situations in life. But We have to recharge our soul and live life like lotus.
