Everyone dreams and desires success in life. To be successful in life there are no time proven mantras. However, there are some basic fundamental factors and principles that govern success. An individual may be successful in one stream but can totally fail in an other sphere. And the individual would be considered successful if he has grown in his career, has a happy family life, contributed to the welfare of society and upholds the ethical values of our culture. The successful should never be measures by monitory gains and financial strength.
The success in ones profession has much impact on your life. It is possible to succeed in career by following a few single laws. The first and foremost is to set a Goal for yourself. The goal should be realistic and based on a pragmatic assessment of your own ability, weaknesses and shortcomings; while judging yourself try and have a rational understanding of your capabilities.
Once you have set a goal for yourself, you should fire yourself with an intention and desire to achieve the goal. You must possess an innate urge and energy to harness all resources to reach the target. Whatever it takes away from your intention and path chosen by you, is negative and must be discarded at all times and at every cost.
The next step is never to take any easy path. Success is always initially riddled with hurting circumstances and you may give up the race. You need to rely on strengths and have a belief in yourself. Cultivate a confidence and say, “Nothing is impossible” and “you can do it”. While pursuing your goal it is imperative to hone and polish your skills, communication and strategic marketing of your ideas and plans to your equals and subordinates. This will also require diplomatic and tactful approach with your superiors. While managing people it requires an open approach, teamwork and a unique belief in the Espirit-De-Corps.
The last element for success is to have unflinching faith in purpose of life which you have to achieve by dedication & devotion.
