1. Take A Pledge Of Positive Determination - Promise yourself every morning and night that you will overcome every addiction in your life, based on a deep realization that any addiction is an obstacle in your freedom and weakens you spiritually by depleting you of attainments like contentment, power and permanent peace and bliss.

2. Inject Your Mind With Positive Thoughts - As you wake up in the morning, give yourself a dose of positive spiritual wisdom. Read or listen something beautiful, positive and powerful. The more your mind and heart will be fulfilled and satisfied, the more you will feel withdrawn from the negative habit.

3. Develop A Good Hobby To Keep Yourself Busy - For giving up any addiction, keep your mind occupied in a positive and constructive way for a few minutes everyday. The more you experience love and taste for a hobby or positive habit, the more the negative habit will seem distasteful and you will not like it anymore.

4. Meditate Every Day For A Few Minutes - Experience your spiritual self and your original spiritual qualities of peace, love, joy and power and connect with the Supreme Being or God, who is the Ocean of these qualities, for a few minutes everyday in meditation. Meditation will increase your self-esteem and confidence.

5. Meet People And Make Beautiful Relationships - To overcome any cravings towards addictions, meet many positive minded people, and share positivity and goodness with them. This will make you positive and fill you with a feeling of well-being and as you connect with them and become busy, addictions will become unimportant.

Mann ko vash me karna hain? Kyo? Yeh kaun sa ghoda hain? Yeh kaun sa belagam ghoda hain jisko vash me karne ki jarurat hain? Yeh topic bhi gajab hain. Mann koi hamari physical organs nahi hain. Yeh sab baat bahut hi suksham hain. Jab hamara hath pair kaam nahi karta hain toh ham doctor se dikhate hain aur thik ho jate hain dawa khakar. Lekin yaha toh baat mann ki ho rahi hain. Pehle toh smajhna hoga ki mann kya chiz hain.

According to spiritual knowledge, mann hamari aatma ki suksham indriyan hain. Mera yah sharir hain, main sharir nahi hu. Iss sharir ko mera kahne wala kaun hain? Iss sharir ko mera kahne wala yah ek aatma(ruh, energy, jeevan, soul) hain jo hamare suksham indriyan aur physical organs dwara karam karti hain. Physical organs toh dikhai dete hain lekin aatma ke suksham indriya(mind, intellect and impression) dikhai nahi dete. Lekin inka bahut hi important role hain.

Mind sochta hain, thought create karta hain. Buddhi(Intellect) nirnay karti hain aur Impression hamara sanskar hota hain jo karam karne ke baad banta jata hain. Ek chota sa example hain, suppose mann me thought aaya ki morning walk jana hain kal se toh budhi(as per purity) nirnay karegi ki jana hai ki nahi jana, kaise jana hain, kab se jana hain etc. Agar hamari buddhi pure hui toh positive nirnay aayega ki ha morning walk jana chahiye, aacha kaam hain. Aur ham jana shuru karege. Toh yeh hamara dhire dhire sanskar ban jayega. Aur agar ham nahi jate hain daily, toh yeh bhi hamara sanskar(impression) ban jayega.

Toh hamne jana ki mind kya hain. Ab hame isse vash me karna sikhna hain? Yeh mann vash ke bahar akhir hua kaise? Jo isse vash me karne ki jarurat hain? Sabhi aatmao ko apne apne reasons ho sakte hain. Jaise ki pichhale janmo ke sanskar. Iss janam ke impressions. Hamara rahan sahan, purity ke level etc. Inn karano se hamara mann ashant hain, aur bahut hi tej gati se doud laga raha hain. Thoughts ke bare me jyada janne ke liye tisre video ko dekhe.

Mere experience se main kahu toh, hamari life style itni kharab hote ja rahi hain ki uska effect hamare mann par pad raha hain, aur yeh mann aur bhi tej gati se doudne laga hain. Isliye jhandu baam ki bikri bahut badh gayi hain shayad(just joking). Ham kahte rahte hain headache ho raha hain. Aur jhandu baam laga kar so jate hain. Ham uske karano aur uske upayon par baat hi nahi karna chahte hain. 

Toh friends, mann ko vash me karne ke liye, pehle toh hame gyan hona chahiye ki iska karan kya hain. Aur jab ham gyan le lete hain toh hame aab shakti chahiye uss gyan ko dharan karne ke liye, jo hame ek paramaatma se hi mil sakti hain. Bhagwan hame Rajyoga ka abhyas karate hain jisse hame shakti milti hain. Jab hame shakti milti jati hain Bhagwan se connect hokar(rajyog) toh hamara mann bahut hi jyada strong ho jata hain aur bahut hi productive thoughts create karta hain kewal. Waste thoughts se hamara mann bacch jata hain.

Aap aapne mann ke liye jarur samay nikale, kyoki samay aisa negative chal raha hain jisme mann ko strong banana bahut hi jyada jaruri hain. Aap aaj se hi yeh abhyas kar sakte hain ki yeh positive thoughts create kare subah subah:

Main master sarwashaktivan aatma hu

Mera mann healthy hain

Main sarwashaktivan bhagwan ki santan, shaktishali aatma hu

Aur yeh thoughts create karte karte, apne breath(sanso) par 10 min concentrate karen(lambi sans le) ki bhagwan ki shaktishali light mere sanso dwara pure sharir me fail rahi hain aur healthy bana rahi hain aur phir thodi der sanso ko rok kar rakhe aur feel kare ki wo light mere mann ko healthy bana rahi hain. Aur phir dhire dhire sanso ko chhod de(soche ki mere sharir se sari negative energy nikal rahi hain sanso dwara). Yeh abhyas roj subah, sham kare toh mann dhire dhire control hota jayega.
