We know that what is love, and everyone has answer of this question. Now the question is what conditional love is and what is unconditional love?

When do people love you conditionally? What do you do?

When people love us conditionally, we will also love conditionally. When your beloved loves you unconditionally, you will feel the best gift in the world. Somewhere, beloved also loves conditionally, this relations does not exists long.

What do you say? What is the best gift which you give to your family?

I am thinking that unconditional love is the best love which we do to others and then other do the same. Why am I quoting this? I am just sharing my Rajyoga meditation experience. I used to be in anger always. But after practicing the Rajyoga Meditation, I am feeling very good and experiencing the true loves of the GOD.

We only love our family in respect
of that return love, or we love our family unconditionally. If you truly love
your family then you must have thought about life insurance for the
protection of them after your death. It will the best gift ever which
you give to your family. It will ensure your family protection or security
after your death. It will secure their life in term of money or life standard.

I know one family in which husband used to love a lot to his wife and he could not able to give anything to her due to his poorness. His earning is very low.

Sign of True Love

I really felt true experience of Love when I started practicing the Rajyoga Meditation mentioned in the Geeta. GOD is the ocean of love and we always get love from the GOD.

In our living life also, when we are in true love then there is no selfishness there. We respect each other. It can be one sided also. So, we need to change ourselves if someone does not love you unconditionally. On that condition also, we need to give love them always. Because we are the child of the GOD and GOD always loves you in any condition.

What is the true meaning of unconditional love?

1. A love that is limitless, without any boundaries and without any fixed demands.

2. A love that does not see the other's weaknesses and instead loves their qualities.

3. A love that is blissful, strong and with no hidden fears and insecurities.

4. A love that adjusts and moulds according to the other person and is willing to sacrifice.

5. A love that feels God and brings His goodness and big-heartedness in a human relationship.

I used to become sad. I did not the reasons of my sadness.

When I came to know the spiritual knowledge. I have been in contact of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. And Daily I study here and practice the Rajyoga meditation to imbibe all virtues and remove all vices.

I came to know and try to understand the reasons of my sadness. Why Am I sad? A*nd Why I am having negative thoughts? What are thoughts? Why are thoughts coming? Where are thoughts are generating? What is happiness and what is sadness? Why are emotions are generating?

Everything I came to know and trying to understand these thing in 7 days meditation course of Brahma Kumaris. I am increasing my gyan.

God says “Nothing New”. Then Why are we sad or happy? Why don't we be same in both situations. God says, we are playing our part in this world drama. God is the director. GOD is giving his teachings to do good karma always.

Here, I am also trying to understand the Sanskara. The person is hurting you, why? What is the reason? What did I do earlier?(Karma Philosophy). I am not going to make this answer so long. I mean to say that We need knowledge of everything and power to accept this things in life.

Meditation Helped me a to control my sadness

I have started the Rajyoga meditation after taking the 7 days course of the Brahma Kumaris. And It has been helping a lot since I started. I have been following this lifestyle and transforming my life. Now I have learned to stop my waste thoughts which is helping me to be happy always.

And, daily spiritual class has been helping me to be positive always. When we fill our mind with the spiritual knowledge, then all negative thoughts are gone. Sewa is giving me inner peace and happiness.

In this post, I am going to tell you some techniques to leave any kind of addictions. First of all, we need to understand the chemistry of any addiction and why do people involve in addictions? DeAddiction By Spirituality and Godly Power

We study the spiritual studies daily. There are lot of people who choose this path to leave their addictions. Here also, there are lakhs of people who has won over addiction. In this post, I am going to share one important technique by the spirituality.

God says, Sweet children, you receive might by linking your intellects in yoga to the Almighty Authority Father. It is by having remembrance that you souls can charge your batteries and become pure and satopradhan.

Here, you can see that God is saying some statement to receive the power from the God almighty. There is a lake of power in all souls. Due to laking of powers, souls could not able to leave their addictions even if they want to. So, God says, if you will link your intellect to the God in Yoga by remembering him, your soul's batteries will be charged and your soul will become powerful and satopradhan(Pure).

The Supreme God, Godfather is reminding us our all birth cycles and says kingdom of deities used to exist in Bharat. You were pure deities. All of your clan, that is, your whole dynasty, was viceless. Who were viceless? You souls.

God says, you are now, once again, becoming viceless. By having remembrance of the Almighty Authority, you are receiving might from Him. The Father has explained that it is you souls who each play a part of 84 births. You souls had satopradhan power; that gradually decreased day by day. From being satopradhan, you had to become tamopradhan.

Recharge Our Soul's Battery to leave any type of addictions

God says, when the strength of a battery has run out, the motor comes to a halt; the battery becomes discharged. The battery of a soul doesn’t become fully discharged; there is some power left. When someone dies, a lamp is lit and kept filled with oil so that the light doesn’t go out.

God says, we have to recharge our soul's battery to become viceless and to be powerful again, so that we can leave our addiction habit by our mind's power. We can get powers from the God to leave this and win over it.

There was a golden time, when we had full strength. And now, what have we become? Due to lack of powers in soul, souls get involve in addiction and they lost their control.

God says, You children now understand that you souls had full strength and that you no longer have that. You must now keep your intellects in yoga with the Almighty Authority Father and fill yourselves with power, because you have very little power left. If your power were to finish completely, your bodies would not remain.

How to get power from the supreme to leave addiction

God says, by remembering the Father, you souls become completely pure. In the golden age, your batteries are fully charged. Then your degrees, that is, the power of your batteries gradually discharges. By the time you souls reach the end of the iron age, you have very little power left. It is as though you are bankrupt of your strength. By remembering the Father, you souls become full of strength. It is mentioned in the Gita: Forget your body and all your bodily religions and constantly remember Me alone.

These techniques will charge our soul. Souls needs power to control their sense organs.

The Father explains: All of these are the immortal thrones of souls. Good and bad sanskars are within each soul and this is why it is said: This is the fruit of your actions.

We need to correct our actions getting powers from the supreme authority. The god is the ocean of powers. He gives us the power and make us the master ocean of powers. From those powers, our lives become pure and powerful.

So, we need to remember the god and also get the spiritual knowledge to empower us.

When you are in love of GOD only, you want nothing. You do not bother about anything. Celibacy is way in which you practice the same to reach your goal of one GOD. When you are in the remembrance of the GOD only, why are you so much bother about this?

Practicing Brahmacharya(Celibacy)

Now a days, it is the time when most of the people have impure intellect. And it is said that GOD comes to make our intellect pure. Celibacy must be needed in this impure time. This practice will help you to become pure. GOD says, Celibacy(Brahmacharya) is the first phase to become pure. Celibacy is having purity in our mind (in thoughts), purity of mouth (in our words) and purity of the physical body (being a Brahmachari). Purity is the higher stage of celibacy in which we become complete soul consciousness.

Is celibacy important in spirituality?

It will not do, when you want to remember GOD only and you are involve in *sexual activities. GOD says, we have to become like lotus in which we have to be clean and clear mind while living in this impure world. Till only, we will receive the GOD’s touchings, power and purity.

As per my experience celibacy is the technique by which people can concentrate to their goal and focus the mind. It is nothing but correcting your lifestyle. Brahmacharya(Jiska Acharan Brahma Jaisa Ho). In this practice, we have to grab only good manners in our lives. We can not compromise with good and bad manner both.

In spiritually, we try to connect with the supreme authority by lowering down or finishing the waste thoughts from our mind. Impurity is the thing by which your mind and intellect power is decreased. And in spirituality, we start practice with our mind and intellect first.

We work on our mind to remove waste and negative thoughts. I heard about that, Respected Rajyogini BK Dadi Janki Jee was the most stable mind woman in the world. And this is the world record. Now we have to decide that celibacy is important or not when we are following the path of spirituality, It is the highest state of mind in which people can connect themselves to the supreme authority. One practice we can do in this regard.

Let's take a minute, sit in a proper manner and be attention on your mind level, see your mind and check it has no thoughts. Be in proper silence.

Mind Practice

For only one minute, it is hard to be in that state. Spirituality teaches us this to be in silence to charge your mind.

It is also the big steps and great work that you are here and reading about celibacy. It shows that you are a great soul. Every soul is great, but due to its low battery(low energy), their intellect is impure now and having many bad habits.

Many souls have no such power that they can not even realize their bad thoughts, word and deeds. And you are a powerful soul that you are doing research and reading information about celibacy. You are going to imbibe virtues like deities. From this, your thoughts, word and deeds will be pure and peaceful.

I want to be celibate but can't I eradicate my *s*xual desires?

According to me, when we clean our teeth on daily basis. It is not dependent upon mood. When I am in mood, then I will brush my teeth. No, It is not like so. Celibacy is the practice in which we try to be pure by mind, word, deed, relationships etc. We do practice on daily basis and day by day, we get success. When you fill the bucket with pure water, all dirty water is automatically removed. We do not have to pressurize to leave this waste thoughts. We have to focus on good thought, it will be removed automatically in some days. The thoughts will come, but you have to divert it to the positive side.

Mind is like child and child will ask you the bad stuff top eat, you have to tell them. It is not like that bad thoughts came in our mind and we just go into it to fulfill. Your child will ask you a knife, will you give it to him? No! The same kind, our mind is a child. And, sometimes it is a naughty child. You have tell about the wrong and good deed. Study some spiritual books to make our mind strong.

Swaman Practice: Main Master Sarwashaktiman aatma hu, 108 times in the early morning and 108 times before sleep. This will make our soul strong to control its subtle parts i.e. mind.

Like, we want to getup early and right now, we have habit of waking up late. How is it possible to getup early? We again have to practice to change this sanskar.

Good Thoughts, I am a wonderful soul, powerful soul, pure soul, master almighty. My thoughts, words, deeds are satyugi(satvik, powerful, pure).

It is very easy to control your mind and make it strong. Write your goal somewhere and stick in front of your eyes and check daily many times. It will be in your karma soon. There are many things which we have to perform in our practices like controlling our food habits, eat pure and satvik food, reading the spiritual holy books, rajyoga meditation(remember GOD as you are a child of god) etc.

When I was in childhood, I used to watch many serials like The Ramayana, The Mahabharata, The Shiv Puran, The Ganesha, The Vishnupuran etc. I had noticed that in ancient times, kids were used to go and attain the Gurukul. Now a days, we hear about hostel facilities where parents admit their children to hostels. But I found the great difference between gurukul and hostels. I heard about gurukul rules and regulations that children do have to follow the strict Brahmacharya(celibacy) in the student life. They have made their sanskara following celibacy strictly and their lifestyle is best and disciplined lifestyle. I heard that Hindu is not a religion. The religion is Aadi devi devta sanatana dharma.

I had watched many spiritual serials in my life and learned many things from it. I have noticed celibacy(Brahmacharya) in all the serials. They have given it importance. We can understand the importance of celibacy in this religion.

But now a days, peoples are changing rapidly and going towards the bad lifestyles. Celibacy is the great demand of current time, but no one is giving importance on it. We see some spiritual organizations which are giving teachings on it but no one is following. There are very less number of peoples who are actually following it and living with this good standard of lives.

I have experienced this and learned a lot from this situation. There are two condition, when you do not aware about this. And another one, you already aware about this but still you can not control yourself. Suppose, in the Cigarette packet, it is written, smoking is injurious to health. We know this, but still we can not control this.

So, First of all, Shiv baba(Nirakar, God) says, become introverted(like tortoise) that is, remain silent. Do not say anything with your mouths. Carry out every task peacefully. Never spread peacelessness. This is the first level of staying calm.

Now, if you are practicing to become introberted(like tortoise), you will do mistake, but you do not have to repeat the mistake. You have to learn from every mistake. This is the second level.

Now, If you are practicing, but you have not become complete like GOD, you had a fight. Now, You should have a knowledge to fight with this situation too. This is spiritual knowledge. Where you have to make yourself calm after fight. Once you had a fight, Shiv baba says, you will not able to remember god because of high number of waste or negative thoughts in your mind. So, You have to control your mind first. There are many techniques like :

You have to write a letter To the god(true heart and say everything)

Accept your mistake, say sorry to that soul.

Create high number of positive thoughts to overpower on negative thoughts(I am a peaceful soul, I am god’s child, god is the ocean of peace etc.)

I practice the Rajyoga meditation daily. Every day, we face many situations in life. But We have to recharge our soul and live life like lotus.

There should be any emotional or physically or bodily attraction from our relations. It should be true and spiritual love with all. GOD says, all are souls and GOD is the supreme soul. Be in soul consciousness every time, always see soul not body. So, that we can spread only pure love.
