कर्मइन्द्रिय पर कण्ट्रोल - उच्च पद - मोक्ष चाहिए?

आज हमारे प्यारे शिव बाबा ने फिर से बच्चो को कहा - मीठे बच्चे हमेशा बुद्धि में सर्विस यानि सेवा भाव ही चलते रहना चाहिए | तुम्हे ही सबका कल्याण करना है सबकी सेवा करनी है, क्योकि तुम ही हो अंधो की लाठी | हम सब के पास ज्ञान रूपी चक्षु नहीं है जिसमे कारन हम बच्चो को ही सबकी लाठी बनकर सबको ज्ञान में लाना है |

सारे के सारे कॉलोनीज, गांव, शहर घूम घूम कर सबको बाबा के बारे में बताना है | तुम्हे अपनी सर्विस करनी है | गांवओ गॉंवओ में जा जाकर कुम्भकरण को उठाना है, जो अज्ञानता की नींद में सो रहे है | जैसे सेण्टर के पास जिनका घर है वो डेली देखते है भाई बहनो को सेंटर जाते पर खुद नहीं आते कभी |

बाबा ने आज के प्रश्न का उत्तर देते हुए कहा कि अगर उच्च पद पाना है तोह अपने कर्मइन्द्रिय पर पूरा कण्ट्रोल करना होगा, सारे तमन्नाओ को त्यागना होगा, अगर थोड़ी सी भी तमन्ना है तोह उच्च पद नहीं पाओगे, कर्मइन्द्रिय पर जीत पाना होगा |

Why am not getting job having completed my education?, this is the general question have been asked by the students who is seeking jobs after their study.

I would like to share with you one thing.

One of my friend has completed his masters from a recognized and reputed university, but at last he has no job. Lot of people in the world like my friend.

I would tell you, now a day, the quality of education has lower down and it become business, the Institute, colleges even students do not manage their quality of education, that is why at last they have not any jobs at last.

Why not getting job

1. Does not manage quality of education

2. Scarcity of knowledge

3. Information GAP like does not know about placement agencies, companies, job websites, job groups, jobs consultants etc

4. Overconfidence (due to this people left job which he has got opportunity earlier)

5. Due to bad decisions of their career

How to get jobs easily : Some Tips

1. Be Update to date with the current affairs and your knowledge

2. Always update your naukri.com and monster.com profile minimum 2 times in a day

3. Create a professional, simple and short CV(Bio-data)

4. Take advice from Jobs consultant

5. Make profile on linkedin.com and always surf the website, group

6. Reply to companies With CV and Cover letter both

So let’s burn the dry sticks of our weaknesses and bitter past memories.
