In this post I will put light on the causes and measures of stress, why does stress happen? What is the way to manage stress? Being stressed, what kind of food is necessary to drink? How should we keep lifestyle?

People always complain that there is tension or there is concern about something, it can happen anywhere such as office, school, relationships.

I was feeling stress when I was driving car first time, but that time I started remembering GOD and meditating. Now it was cool to drive. When we concentrate our mind on the Supreme Authority(GOD), the remembrance of GOD gives great relief. How does it happen?

Stress is nothing but creating lot of waste thoughts of fear and negative thinking which creates lots of fear and hang the intellect power. When your mind is creating lot of thoughts, you can not make good and quick decisions. ManManaBhaw(Mantra) is written in the holy book(The Geeta) in which we see ourselves a soul and connect with the Supreme Soul. When we are connected to the supreme authority, we are focused and concentrated, our waste thoughts started finishing and we feel cool at that time.

There are lot of negative vibrations in the environment, our food diet, day to day bad activities, social media, media news etc which can cause stress and stress create many types of diseases.
